Return and refund policy

At Surfing Land, we aim to keep all orders clear and final once placed.

Because many of our products are specialty watersports items and may be ordered specifically for the customer, cancellation, return, refund, or exchange requests are limited.

Orders may not be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed, except where required by applicable law.

After an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• change of mind
• incorrect selection made by the customer and contacting after the package is opened 
• delays caused by carriers, customs, logistics providers, or events outside our reasonable control
• products that have been used, installed, inflated, tested in water, damaged, or altered after delivery

If a customer wishes to change an order before shipment, we may review the request at our discretion. Any approved change may be subject to price differences, processing charges, or updated delivery times.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable Saudi law.
