By purchasing a Harlem product through Surfing Land, the customer understands and agrees that any warranty claim, defect claim, repair request, replacement request, or product issue must be submitted directly to Harlem and will be handled under Harlem’s own warranty policy.

Surfing Land is not responsible for evaluating, approving, rejecting, repairing, replacing, or processing warranty claims for Harlem products.
